I just moved down to AL from VA and am staying here a couple months while trying to get into a house. Despite some of the difficulties with my reservation, Judy made sure everything got sorted and I understood everything moving forward. To be honest it’s all a bit dated. Just my personal opinion. The carpet looks as old as me and it’s stained and dirty from the years. But the surfaces, the bathroom, kitchen etc are all clean and don’t have weird stains or dirt rings like some other places. Lots of dirt is tracked in by ppl so the halls and stair wells kinda stay dirty. Being right next to the highway makes it noisy but I don’t hear my neighbors pretty much at all so that’s nice. Location is great is close to everything you could want or need!
Quiet little place tucked in and away from everything. It's kitchenette with full stove and fridge and dishes if you need them, rooms outdated but gets you what you need. We had problems with our sink and they had it fixed. It's a little eerie in the evenings, because it's so quiet especially if you're not familiar with the area and if you're a smoker not many places to stand or sit and smoke, comfortably, just saying...
I’m from Atlanta Georgia. I’m here to work. I love my room . It’s spacious, quiet and cozy. The Deluxe Queen room has a breakfast bar, a stove a full size fridge and a microwave. It also has a queen sleep sofa which makes it easy for me to get off and kick my feet up and wine down a bit before I get ready for the night. Ms. Judy at the front desk has made my stay enjoyable and peaceful with all the great accommodations and amazing customers care she provided s. I really do appreciate her so much. I recommend the extended stay to travelers who is traveling to the Birmingham area.
At first I thought this stay would be comfortable. The staff seems friendly until you have an issue with your room. I booked a seven day stay expecting to have a hot shower or bath when I get off work. Tuesday evening after work I came in to find that the water was freezing cold. There was a lady at the front desk that assssured me that she would report the issue and have it fixed. The next morning the water was still ice cold. I again reported the issue and even though someone came to my room the water only stayed hot long enough to clean the tub. Last night Wednesday 02/19 I encountered the same issue. This morning when I contacted customer relations I kept getting disconnected. I don't think I will stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone.
The lady working in the office was VERY friendly and welcoming. It is an old building, but the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The small kitchen was a bonus for us. (I *think* all rooms have the kitchen.) The only downfall for some is that due to it being an old building, there is not an elevator to the second floor. We were okay walking up stairs, but of you have difficulties with stairs, you will need to confirm a first floor room is available. The location is great. Very easy to find. Just off the interstate, but on a short winding road so you aren't right ON the interstate. There is a Walmart and several restaurants within a couple of minutes.

It's a solid choice for travelers who prioritize a quiet and comfortable stay. Note: The level of quietness can vary depending on your neighbors.
Apart from one chair which was too dirty. Everything was good. They provided enough towels and other accessories. The room , hallway and outside were clean.
the stay as been awesoom so far . we're stay for a week right now may turn into 2 months if ao yes we would stay bc haven't had any issues.
